Moldi is committed to protecting users from child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
Age Restriction
- Moldi is strictly intended for users aged 18 and over
- Users must confirm their age during registration
- Accounts suspected of belonging to minors are suspended or removed
Prevention Measures
- Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- User-generated content is subject to moderation
- Users can report inappropriate behavior or content in-app
- Accounts violating child safety rules are permanently banned
Reporting
- Moldi allows users to report child safety concerns directly within the app
- All reports are reviewed promptly
- Where required by law, Moldi reports CSAM to relevant national and regional authorities
Legal Compliance
- Moldi complies with all applicable child safety and online protection laws
- Moldi cooperates with law enforcement and child protection agencies when required
